A custom add-on that collects student ratings, comments, and reviews on courses, lessons, topics, and quizzes — built by AR Webcrafts.
An online course platform was flying blind. Students were completing courses but the instructors had no structured way to know what was working and what wasn’t. AR Webcrafts built a complete student feedback system deeply integrated into LearnDash. Admins can now enable a Feedback Tab on any combination of courses, lessons, topics, and quizzes — globally or individually. Students can leave star ratings, written comments, or both — the admin chooses the style per content type. All feedback goes through an admin approval workflow before going public, protecting the platform from spam or inappropriate content. An average rating is automatically calculated and displayed on the course listing and course grid pages, giving new students instant social proof. Admins receive an email notification every time new feedback is submitted — nothing slips through.
Instructors finally had a structured, real-time view of how students felt about every piece of content — not just whole courses. The approval workflow meant the platform maintained full control over what appeared publicly. New student enrollments improved because course listing pages now showed real ratings and reviews, building immediate trust and social proof.
You can disable the feedback for a specific course, lesson, topic or quiz by disabling the feedback toggle from their settings.
